At Chictopia this was a big trend just a little while ago, so I’m familiar with the look from there… it’s such a breezy, casual summer thing, great.
she looks aww some.great picture Yvan!
a shirt dress…génial!
it’s great to see bushwick changing.. i just hope it doesn’t become expensive, a la williamsburg, before i get there!
Genius! I love it. I want it.
Hey Yvan, I saw you walking on St. Marks today… find anything good? Well, I’ve got my own site here in NYC:
Tell me what you think!
thats so creativei like it
how creative of her!
what a cute-fab girl
wow! brave and it works!
Yeah, she’s not THAT creative, everyone has tried that look, especially on Chictopia. No doubt that’s where she got it from.
Regardless of whether it has been done by lots on Chictopia, I still love it!
very stlyish!I couldn’t do something with a men’s shirt.
that’s fantastic! so creative!
Looks like better weather than London :(
Oh my! She’s just so cute!!
one of the most simplistically inventive facehunter finds ever..i love it! congratulations whomever you are!
What a creative idea of converting a shirt into a dress!!It’s so versatile and beautiful!
AWESOME! but does it stay up?
fabulous dress! it works so well on her.
This is wonderful. It reminds me of a photo on The Sartorialist of a girl who made a skirt from a mans button-down only with tucking and tying.
not meaning to sound like snoot but, its a smart idea, cute and all but the execution…not so much. It looks like a shirt awkwardly tied up around her bust, not like a shirt remade into a cute summer dress.
That’s super cute…I wonder if it’s actually sewn together or if it’s just wrapped around?
On a related note, I make cute tops out of men’s shirts! They’re different though.
Here’s an example:

I love it it’s really cool looking
Is no one reminded of a 6am walk of shame by this shirt? Not sure if that is part of the sexy-appeal…
New York owns all the other citys when it comes to style…
